i’m an adventure photographer and athlete. i didn’t start out trying to be a photographer. i just wanted to document my own adventures: the trips, the long days, the places most people never see. the more i shot, the more it became part of the adventure itself.
now i get to do both. i go on long, hard trips under my own power and shoot them from the inside, because i’m doing the same thing as the people in the photos.

my work focuses on capturing authentic moments: mountains, movement, and the stories that happen in between. I’m especially drawn to endurance sports, remote places, and the occasional suffer fest.
